From 20mg to 40mg....

Hi,

Has anyone had their dose from 20mg to 40mg?

I took my first 40mg this morning & I do feel a little peculiar....just a little spaced & well meh if that makes sense?

It is a big jump and you will feel rubbish for a while I am afraid to say.
