prozac and pregnancy

has anyo ne taken prozac right throiugh pregnancy? my daughter was on it for anxiety and migraines she fell pregnant so doc stopped it over 2 weeks she now has the daily migraines back and is suffering badly she says she wants top take them again but scared for the baby but she cant cope its getting her depressed again like before.

Prozac is one of the safer antidepressants to take in pregnancy, of course it does come with some risks.
I would get a 2nd opinion.
I suffer migraines my self and they are pure torture, your daughter shouldn't have to suffer :(
Maybe there is something she could take of the migraines instead if doctors really don't want her on antidepressants?
