hi my daughter foned me earlyer to ask if i would pick my 2 grandchildren up from school, i didnt want to go as ive been anxiouse allday but i said yes as i told myself a nice walk would do me good so i went and i was so anxiouse walking there and back its made me feel really bad even tho ive picked them up before . i cant understand how doing something like walking to pick my grankids up makes me feel so anxiouse i just want to feel normal
