Does any body ever get a hot sensation that can start in you stomach and move into your chest and into your arms with anxiety. It is starting to scare me.

yes!!! this for many is how the anxiety starts. alot of people ive met always say that it starts off in the stomach and just moves up.
Ive had it a couple of times and just let it go, takes some practise though.

Yes, I've had this too, it's horrible isn't it. I have now learned to live with it and go with it as it happens. Could be my age as well mind. !!!! lol/

Hi

Yes this is adrenalin, i get it bad sometimes, it even goes into my head which really freaks me out.

Just anxiety though!

Yes, as Claire says its purely an adrenalin hit.

Exercise is great to help it pass quicker or active relaxation such as yoga and meditation.

Allow it to happen and pass and not allow it to scare you further.

Hi, well I get COLD sensations!! They start in my neck and travel up to my head. across my shoulders and down the outside of both my arms. Then my feet burn so much - and tingle. It scares me so much as it usually happens when I feel faint and feeling faint is a symptom I'm really really scared of.

Hi all, i have had terrible anxiety for 23 years which has gradually worsened over time. I am absolutely fed up with doctors suggesting its the perimenopause!! wanting a baby is one of my main anxieties so being told that is just abut sending me over the top. ps. i dont have any perimenopausal symptoms except severe anxiety. I am so confused!! is any one else like me?
