Fluoxetine and Anxiety

Have been on Fluoxetine for about 4 years 20mg but the past few days I feel as if its coming back. Dont know what to do, dont really want to increase dosage

Hi I've been like this since Tuesday though I've only been on fluoxetine nearly 10 weeks now. Upping dose has crosse my mind but going to see if it settles down. Feel a bit better today so will see.

Only your GP will know whether or not you should up the dosage. I'm currently on 60mg, so I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask to see if you should go up to 40mg.

Do you get side effects like when you first started them, I am currently on 20mg been on them for 4 years but thinking of increasing the doseage.
