Had a panic attack at work!!

I had a panic attack today at work and went really numb and someone at work was going she's always like this and judging me... I feel so angry if I've not got a nasty guy bullying me at work I'm now being judged by a woman I work with.
I'm going to take things further anyone any advice on how to take things further. Xxx
