Well it could pull on your muscles causing them to get sore and cuasing pain.
If your neck was streached or in an awkward position your neck/jaw muscles could av gotten sore.

Try streching and rolling your shoulders you might be able to feel the tension

the way im lying is flat on stomach with head up to see screen and or on side with hand on face

yes wen i move my right shoulder it feels tight but the jaw pain keeps coming and going
