Hi Everyone

I'm new to the forum :yesyes: I've been been suffering anxiety/ depression and panic attacks for almost 7 years and hope that some of my experiences help others and vice versa. I'm in my thirties and live with my husband and a motley crew of animals . It's nice to feel like your not alone out there :bighug1:

I have 2 Dogs, a Parrot, 4 Goats, Chickens, Turkeys, Ferrets oh and a Lizard called Harry. Many of them are rescues. We would love a Cat but i'm not sure our Dogs wouldn't feel the same :ohmy:
