Stomock, liver, kindney pain all at once??

Hi guys has anyone ever had this weird pain its not a really sore pain more of a pain that i know its there its predomenetly in my upper right but also in my upper left, lower left and right im worried i have a problem with my orgins

is the pain constant and how bad is it?
Simple trapped wind or muscle pain can cause rather bad pains in that area so it's hard to tell.
If it doesn't improve it might be good to see your doctor,
