Little tiny dot on arm causing this all thr time?

Hi for a while now have have had a tiny dot on arm like a spot.

Twice now I've looked at the area and its like this photo

I swear I havnt scratched it or anything as been awake all day
I'm now terrified I have skin cancer it's like a spot that won't heal!!
It's not been rubbed against anything or nothing!!!!
Twice this has happened and it must be skin cancer omg!

Hard to tell from the picture but doesnt look like skin cancer more likely is skin irritation of some sort i would go to the doc's or even the next time you are passing a boots or other chemest go in and ask them if they have anything for it they would also be able to tell if its just skin irritation or something worse.

didnt see the part saying its cleared up lol good to hear though.

I have to shower twice a day. I sweat during thr night so morning is a must.
Then my job is manual so must shower at night to and I work with chemicals so its a mist again.
I can wake up with a wet top even with no covers on so have to shower morning to. Maybe stop using soap on arms and just under the arms?
The 2nd pic is when I cleaned thr blood not because it healed lol.
Also I could start using e45 after showers and during thr day aswell.

No, the second pic looks fine. Doubt it's anything to be concerned about unless it doesn't completely clear up in a few weeks.

Does that mean if its their I'm a few weeks I have something to be concerned about ?
Should I book a docs app for a few weeks time?
I can't do anything about the amount of bathing twice during the week.
Sweaty and dusty after week.
Also sweaty in the morning.

Having visions of dying in the bed I'm sitting on.

So today
My mums dying of lung cancer.
I have skin cancer.
My dad has high blood pressure and will have a heart attack or a stroke or develop some sort of cancer. Possibly related to thr bowel liver stomach kidney areas.
And my brother is the only one well out of all of us.
Crazy.

The first picture looks completely different from the other ones you posted but from what I see everything looks fine and normal. If you are this worried about it go to the doctor and they can have a look at it for you :)

If you are really worrying about it, then get the gp to check it to put your mind at ease, but I will say I have these too, and they tend to not go away...turned out what mine are were age spots and I am only in my thirties, but they are really easy to take the top off, but absolutely harmless.
