buzzing in foot?

I am pretty sure I have had this one before but it's still freaking me out! I have this feeling of buzzing in my left foot. It's in quite a specific place, at the inside base of my heel. It feels kind of like a mobile phone buzzing inside my foot (although it's milder than that). I know I'm not imagining it though. Has anyone had anything like this? My logical mind is saying it's a trapped nerve but the other part of me is thinking MS (best option) or brain tumour, ASL, well, you know the drill!

Yes I've had exactly the same symptom. Still get it on occasion.

It started in 2004 for me, I had nerve conduction tests in hospital to rule out MS.

I was told it was anxiety related. When I get it now it annoys me but doesn't worry me.

Also I've tried B-complex supplements when it's bad and it seems to help but it could be the placebo effect.
