Hi everyone.
I was just laying in bed trying to get to sleep when I got this sudden pain in my left thigh, originally thinking it was cramp, so I gave it a stretch and a move around and tried to get back to sleep. Well, the pain went but it spread. This weird pain is moving around my entire body, sometimes in my arm, leg, the other arm, other leg, hand, along with loads of twitches. All very sudden, and has been going on for the past 20 or 30 minutes. Then about five minutes ago, my legs started shaking uncontrollably and I don't know why. At the moment its in my right leg and has been there for a couple of minutes, but coming and going and will probably move somewhere else in a minute.
I don't know what's going on, I've never had this before and have felt fine all day! I'm so fed up with it all I just want to get some sleep and it go away :'(
