Oh yes - another headache!!!

well, i must say that i was doing so well on the headache front - hadnt had one for a couple of weeks, have been exercising a lot, having reflexology sessions which showed that my tension was really going away.. and i actually dared to start feeling better about things.

but then today, at around 11:30 i started to get a really bad tension headache - it is quite a bad one really especially as i had gotten used to not having the symptoms.

i dont really know why it came on - maybe it was the coffee that i had, or that i have not had a cigarette today ( really want to quit) but i have just given in to ibuprofen cause i have to get through the rest of the day at work.

anyone else feeling this way?????

Yep, me to!
I also what a smoke, but am trying to cut down/ out so am only having them while in my car, on my own.... lots of little rules I am making for myself, but it is very hot and humid today, but I have tried not to have pills, but drinking water, so far it has got no worse, but I would love to lie down and make "loose my self for 10 mins". Maybe I just will. Keep going honey, we will all get there in the end.

well the pills have eased my head a lot but iHATE HATE HATE taking them!

Do your headaches last for days and make your head feel really weird??

it is so horrible - especially when you kind of cconvince yourself that you are getting over it..

Yes I have been having lots of headaches lately. Do any of you feel sick as well? I have put it down to me coming off of Sertraline . I am struggling at the moment.
