For lunch today I'm taking a frozen jacket potato out the freezer to microwave at lunch at work..... It was bought frozen and theirs only a fridge at work to put it back into . Do I just take it out thr freezer and then leave it in my plastic container in or out the fridge. ?
I don't want to get ill from it

It doesn't really matter. It is going to defrost either way and it is going to fully defrost when you cook it. I would just leave it in the plastic container out of the fridge so it can defrost a bit and then cook it in the microwave when you want it. Its a Potato, not meat or anything out of date, you could pretty much eat it frozen and you wouldn't get ill.

Just cook it in the microwave untill its soft, it will be fine either way hun :)

As the above poster says it doesn't matter, but if it concerns you put it in the fridge at work. As long as there's no meat filling or anything in it, it will be fine.
