after years of worrying about mouth cancer and being told by the doctor she cant see/find anything i finally have an nhs dentist and now im freaking out , my appointment is friday i am so so so scared i could vomit

I am pleased you have found a dentist, at least now you will be able to get someone to have a proper look at what is troubling you. I would be reassured that the doctor was not able to see anything though.
