Hi guys,noticed there's a lot of posts saying they don't know how to come off these medications properly.The doctor will tell you to half your dose,skip day's,come off in the matter of weeks.This is the wrong way to do it.
You should be reducing your dose at 10% drops every 5-6 weeks.What this does is allows your system to stablize before you make your next drop.You can switch to liquid form of the medication or use jewellery scales and chip away.Best way to come off.Slow and steady.
