Can anyone give me some vitamins to take that is good for Panic Attacks/Anxiety
There are a good number of vitamins that seem to work well when dealing with panic attacks and anxiety. Here are a couple of recommendations from Dr. Edmund Bourne's book Natural Relief For Anxiety.
