New symptoms

So since having my daughter 5 weeks ago, I have HAD to stop taking my 25mg amitriptyline because I couldn't get up in the night with her because it makes me unbelieveably drowsy, I know it's bad to stop cold turkey :/
So ever since, I've developed some strange symptoms.
I have terrible stomach cramps and need to use the loo frequently (and quickly!) which isn't pleasant at all :(
Sometimes it's the complete opposite.
My whole body aches some days, my knees and ankles being the worst like I'm coming down with the flu.. But I'm not.
This isn't just a bug as it has been on and off for pretty much 5 weeks now.
Not to mention, my anxiety is sky high and panic attacks are terrible.

I don't know what to do, if I start my amitriptyline again I can't function as a mom, if I don't i am feeling ill ALL the time :(
Can anyone advise??
Yes I did take amitriptyline through pregnancy under supervision of my dr, she doesn't know I've stopped it now.

Forgot to add, I'm so hungry, but (tmi) it literally goes right through me...

I feel sick if I don't eat though :(
