Anyone else feel like the ugly friend all the time?

I honestly feel like the ugly one when I go out with my friends...I know this is quite trivial but it's getting me down.
I can't enjoy time out with my friends because I am constantly thinking about this.
I think I'm ugly with bad skin and just a generally grotesque face.
Does anyone else feel this way?

I do sometimes. I especially do if my fiance and I go out with his friends and their girlfriends, and for some reason the girlfriends always dress up like we're going to a club even if it's just a bar ... and I'll have jeans and a t-shirt lol

I think most people who have anxiety suffer from low self confidence. What we see in the mirror is not what everyone else sees, of course one of the reasons for this is that they see with their eyes and not ours. Our picture is usually a negative one, when theirs is a positive one. You see loads of spots, they see perhaps a couple of blemishes. You see overweight, they see average build etc.
