Hi there I was having a panic attack at 3pm today and I ran out the door to the block of flats I am in and one of my neighbours was trying to get a baby in the door and I said to her come on and she got really angry at me and she said she was trying to get her baby up the stairs and she told her boyfriend a few seconds later and I apoligised saying I was having a panic attack and ran out now I am worried they are going to smash the door down and try to harm me sitting in the dark imagining all things all I said was come on I know its a bit rude but is it that bad. Am I being irrational here
