I have suffered twitching on and off for the past few moths ts all over my body.

It goes away I forget about it and t returns and I think omg ms ALS all different horrible things..

I have been working out more than usual to get fit could this be bringing it back on? I'm really worried AGAIN.. :-(

yea exercise.can cause.muscle spasms and twitching i woulde suggest you do streching exercise b4 u start and at the end of your gym routine and get plenty of rest allow ur muscles to recover note that anxiety can cause all tbese symptoms too under my left eye is twitching for the past while and its doing my head in

the conditions u mentioned are very rare and come with a host of other problems

Thank you so muh for your reply.

I had a migraine last week and have been anxious over every head pain etc hoping not to get another so maybe I have been more tense than I like to admit..

Also I stretch before exercise but rarely after because I'm so tired I was to just drop lol so will make a conscious effort to do this from now on..

no worries

you can be tense and not realise it thats when you get chest pain muscle spasms etc i find lately that my jaw is sore which i read that its jaw clenching due to anxiety thinking i didnt do this i have noticed i bit the.back of my gum alot which is classed as jaw clenching

hows your chest pain lately has it eased a bit?

Yes well my chest has been fine it's always just one thing then another..

I have been good lately though.. I am concentrating on eating healthy and exercise.. It's proved to be a great distraction and I'm gettin for at the same time.
