Head pains.

I am worrying about all my head symptoms i.e vertigo, headaches, pressure in the side of my head. Last night in bed I was getting short sharp stabbing pains above my right temple shooting upwards and my right leg was twitching all night. I have been getting these today too. I am so worried all these are a tumour.
I see an net specialist tomorrow and hoping he will send me for an mri of my ears and head.
