I'm writing an article for the Daily Mail about tokophobia or fear of childbirth. I'd like to include some real life experiences of this and am looking for women to interview.
Specifically I'm interested in the fact that tokophobia seems to be more prevalent in women who have their children later in life, and so I'm looking for a woman who became pregnant or had their baby age 40 or over. I'm interested to hear what your outcome was - perhaps you overcame the phobia using techniques such as hypnotherapy, or chose to have a Caesarean, etc.
It would be for a phone interview with me and we could offer a fee as a gesture of thanks for the interview, and of course mention your website too.
