when I lay down it feels like my blood flow is getting cut off in my arms and legs, and then it tingles. It almost feels like when they put that rubber band around your arm to take blood and then if u were to touch it it tingles. I've had a clinical exam, blood work, and an EMG, they all came back normal. What could this be?
