I saw the ent specialist today and I had an hearing test which was fine, he checked inside my ears and they were fine. He did neuro tests and they were fine, he laid me on a table to see if it caused me to be dizzy and that was fine.
I told him my concerns about a brain tumour and he said the was nothing to suggest that I have anything going on in my brain and that I should take reassurance in that.
He thinks I had benign positional vertigo which is crystals that break off in your ear and cause the dizziness and they can dissolve on there own and he thinks there might be a few tiny ones left and that's why I am still a little off balance.
I hope I feel reassured for longer than a few days and dont think why didn't he send me for a scan and I should have told him this and that etc.
