dry eyes..... anyone else

since march i have been suffering with dry eyes, i can feel every time i blink. Its driving me mad because its so uncomfortable.
Is this another anxiety symptom? i do worry a lot about my eyes.

Do your eyes feel dry or tired, is it that your eyelids cannot close with ease or that you can't keep them open without it hurting?

Have you tried "artificial tears".

the glands in the eye lids can block up, can even lead to blepharitis. If very dry try bathing morning and night with a few drops of baby shampoo in a bowl of warm water.

Could be caused by any number of things like air conditioning (the vent on the car windscreen causes mine to flare up badly) or numerous medications (read the leaflet with the tablets).

I have to use "Celluvisc" eys drops 6 times a day, but it does help a lot.

Try bathing as above and chemist sell artificial tears for around £2, but your GP will tell you more.
