PAIN

Ive been having random chest pains for ages but a new thing for me is a really intense pain right in the middle of my ribs below my heart and now its sort of travelled towards the right right underneath my ribcage. Ive had gastritis in the past but that is now under control, im now worried as I dont know if it is something to do with that again or even worse if its heart related. It's been going on for a few days now ive also been feeling really dizzy and feeling sick on and off which are completely new symptoms to me.

Does this sound similar to anyone else????

Heart pain is generally not felt by the heart it is central chest pain.

It could be still related to the indigestion/gastritis or it could be costochondritis

Have you seen a doc at all?
