Hi everyone! Just signed up to this excellent site and am already finding it helpful and informative. I suffer from a mild form of manic depression called Cyclothymia. This has affected me all my adult life but I didn't even get a correct diagnosis until last year when I went for private healthcare. The NHS would not diagnosis me with anything and simply insisted I needed CBT. Anyway, moan over. I am now battling my condition as best I can. I am 40, single (partly due to my condition) and hope we can all chat and all get better.
