Numb thigh???

Hi,

Bit worried as I am feeling a numbness in my right thigh from knee to hip? I can walk, I've no pain but its an odd slight pins and needles sensation, can anyone tell me what it could be, I cant recall doing anything out of the ordinary or over strenuous??

I keep getting this, but lower back pain also.

My drs dont seem to be bothered. Am seeing a physio....

It's probably related to your spine.

I first had this 20 years ago and was told it was irritation of the sciatic nerve.
It flares up now and then and lasts a few days then just goes away.

Sounds like a trapped or compressed nerve, but it's good to see your doctor if it doesn't go away.
if you stretch or change positions do you notice any change in the sensation?
I get it in my arms and hands due to my back.
