Hi all, new member here :) I've been checking out the forum for a few weeks now and decided to join up. Im only a month in with anxiety being diagnosed and on propanolol to help. Finding it does help a little but still trying to find my footing in terms of coping, found this forum in my searching and found the tips posted were helpful but even more knowing there were other people feeling what I was feeling and coping was relieving! I hope I'll be able to fit in to the community here and get/give help and support :) Hope to get to know you all soon!
