View Full Version : Ear/jaw tingling anyone?

I really hope someone can help with this...

For a few weeks now, I've had a sensation of my right ear popping and tingling. At first I thought my ears might need syringing cos when I cleaned it I had this unbearable tickling sensation like I was touching something (I didn't push the bud in - don't worry!).
Now for over a week the tingling has extended into my right cheek, sometimes down my neck too, which is worrying.
I've also had a dry mouth and tongue, today, which seems to only be on that side.
I have a couple of bad teeth that side - would an infection cause those symptoms. Or could it be my salivary glands?

Any suggestions welcome!

Thanks in advance

Check whether you are grinding your teeth or jaw clenching in the night.

I too have these issues and my dr has also suggested teeth grinding. It doesnt explain the dryness that I have though but I am trying to put that down to mouth breathing and not drinking enough water . I worry a great deal of the time about a specific illness that causes these probs but Drs and repeated tests keep saying I dont have it so I am trying VERY hard to believe them
