Hi
I am having really bad problem sleeping.can't sleep if I don't take zopiclone!!! And don't want to only be able to sleep with drugs. I take them every other night if I feel I've not slept previous night.
I have been on venlafaxine for 5mths and I'm sure I wasn't this bad at sleeping before I started this drug. I have never really slept through but better than this.
Now it's seems to be getting worse my mind won't shut up chatting!! And I must subconsciously be very tense hence my legs aching.
Last night I never took anything and was still awake at 4am and never noticed or don't think I've had it in night, my quads in my legs were really aching, I usually only notice this on getting up when I havnt slept well
It's getting to the point now that when I am asleep , I think I am waking myself up thinking wow I been asleep (if that makes sense)
Does anybody else have this problem???? It's really getting me down don't know what's worse no sleep or aches.
What do you take to stop you getting tensed up??
