Severe Dizziness?

Just find this really confusing? I feel really dizzy. Like i'm having to hold onto stuff to walk through the house. I think most of it is from lack of sleep.

But seriously this feels so weird/ feel like i'm slowly dying?

Does anyone else get this?

i used to have this when my anxiety/panic was at it's worst.. like i felt drunk all the time even though i'd not had any alcohol, and also had a kind of night-blindness, where i had to have lights on everywhere otherwise i'd feel myself about to lose balance.

it was all anxiety. :(
