anxiety workshop

Has anyone done an anxiety work shop please.Can they tell me what you do there.My nearest one is Hewat House in Gosport has anyone done there one here?

hi ellen,
i havent been to the workshop, but a six week course on depression/stress management, which is the same thing, it teaches you coping skills, a bit of cbt, lots of stuff, its really helpful, i think the only difference is is that you do the complete course in one day i think. i go an hour a week.
its great you will enjoy it, and its nice to be around and chat to people like yourself
