everyday activites make my arms and wrists ache

Hi all

Had a basic mri and emg after experiencing twitching tremors and occasional pins and needles. All seems ok.

Im finding the bilateral wrist pain im experiencing unbearable at times. Typing is hard
. i tire dressing my daughter to the extent i can hardly lift my arms. always feel better after rest.

Any ideas?

I think maybe it's from the tension? I know when I am super anxious and tense, my arms ache, are sore, weak and circulation is bad (hence the pins and needles) so it could very well just that.
