hi all,

im having a very hard time at the moment, nothing out there seem to cheer me up or make me happy, all the things that used to dont seem to work anymore, its like i have become immune to them. i feel shakey and light headed sometimes and that scares me into thinking i have something really wrong with me, i just so flat! anyone else like me out there?

cheer up darling :D Not everything is bad. I know that there are dark days with this, but remember Good Days, Bad Days all days pass over wether in sorrow or in Joy. Take a look at the humor bits sometimes there are bits on there to cheer. Or just look all around and wonder at how great everything is. Look at all the people and think what they would look like infront of a mirror, flabby bits, skinny bits, what would it be like to have x-ray vision and see everyones "grey bras, pink kalvin kliens" all washing machine misshaps, I promise you there is lots to laugh at, even ourselves.[8)]

there's a place that I dream of when I sleep, so peaceful, so quite, I call it mother earth.

I was like that a few years agi like all the spark had gone out of me. You need to see a doctor you might have gone too far down to get back up on your own. Take care

Are you on any SSRI medication as that can affect our emotions no end.

hi,

I posted something similar last week, the topic was Are you ever happy!!!, and I got alot of replies from people who could identify with how I feel.

I said that things that used to make me laugh , no longer do, I don't get excited about things or look forward to things as much as I used to, and I said that I feel old before my time, because it seems like people in my age group have a lot more energy than I do, and they just do things on the spur of the moment, without worrying about them first.

I know how you are feeling , It seems as though this anxiety really likes to make us suffer.

Take Care
