anxiety and face tingling and pulling

Hi there

Please can anyone let me know if you have experienced face tingling and like a stuck muscle/nerve sensation in face, I've got a weird feeling on my left cheek :(

Yeh me I got it at the moment along with twitching :,(

yes had it a while now, at first it was constant now it comes on when im anxious, (alot at the moment)

it is very weird and hard to describe isnt it, like muscles moving, stretching sometimes tingling, x

Thanks for replying I've been going out my mind this weekend and today especially, been dying to go my doctors and its been very hard not to :( it does come and go and it's very weird, just hop it will go soon, I have been very anxious though last week and this so this must be the after effects, hate health anxiety no one understands how you feel :(( xx
