Puppyskin just to reassure you the normal bpm range for pulse rates in most people is 50 - 90bpm. Mine is sometimes 52/58, and other times its 65/70 when im a little stressed it can easily rise to over 80. Anything over 80 bpm is usually due to physical exertion. You bpm of 60 is slap bang inbetween the NORMAL BPM range and you have nothing to worry about. Trust me i learned alot about this as a sports scientist student.

Your pulse is sensitive to change and it changes constantly every few seconds either decreasing beats or increasing depending on what your doing physically or even thinking.

Your pulse wont ever have a set bpm as you say 75bpm. It will only have a set resting range which is 50-90bpm and will always change within this range at rest in the most humans.
