Swollen, lumpy throat

Not too worried about this but I've got a swollen, lumpy throat, sometimes it hurts I also have ear pain alot. Thing is I don't know if these lumps in my neck are just muscles, how can you tell. I always have a sore neck and my throat feels so tight when I move my head up

I have the same at the moment so I can't really help you : (
I have lumps in bumps and they don't match up on either side of my neck.
I know for sure one is a swollen gland and they are few lymph nodes, but then I've a few movable lumps, and then some hardish ones that might be tense muscles, I don't really know.
My throat feels super tight too, my neck can hurt when looking to the left and it cracks too.
I've yet to feel anyone eases neck, I might ask a friend or some just to have something to compare my own too, as crazy at that may sound : )
