Something That Has Spooked Me (Hand issue)

I just had something that scared me a bit. I was about to type here on my laptop. I had my elbow with the arm flat towards my computer. It felt like my hand got really tight with that tense/ticklish feeling with the hand suddenly feeling liek it was tightening. The tense feeling went away quickly, but a heavyish or tight feeling and occasionally a burny pain has remained. It worried me about a serious muscle disease, but I know the logical answer is a pinched nerve. I have had issues with various pinched nerves before.

It sounds like writer's cramp... or a pinched nerve like you said. It has happened to me.
