Hi, I'm new here

Hi - I'm going by the name of Fran, and am getting to like it! I'm here because I'm just about at my wits end. We have been going through a variety of situations too numerous to go into recently, and they have just got heavier than I can cope with. I have suffered from anxiety since my late teens, and am on medication for it. I feel as though I am in uncharted territory now. I have never felt this hopeless, and just wait to "break", but this somehow never quite happens. Any help out there?
