help woke up choking

im sitting here its 3.30 ive just woke up choking in my sleep im sitting here with a coffee and a fag and trying to calm myself all i can think about is choking now its so frightning as anyone ever experianced this im to scared to go back to sleep no doubt this will be another one of my fears now

that sounds bad Tam, I guess it must be like the something going down the wrong way as when you're awake, I get that sometimes for no reason, not even eating. Not nice to have it when you wqake up tho.

However there is nothing to suggest there's any reason that it will happen again, it hasn't happened before right?

Yep suffered it on and off for years Try an antacid like Eno or Quikeze before bed.
