Lower blood pressure.

Hello all,does anyone know what can cause your blood pressure to drop,mine is usually 130/80 but the last week or so it has dropped to 105/60(ish) i worry when its high now worrying that its low.

when I checked mine it was low like yours, it does get higher when I panic or after a walk.
my last 3 readings 105/74, 103/65 ,100/60 that was maybe 2 weeks ago now.

It depends on your mood, heart rate, if you ate a big meal and so on.

does having a viral infection affect anything? because its unusually low for me,i'm always the higher readings,i know because i have to check regularly,,thanks for the reply:)
