Hi everyone

Am a new member on these boards although I have been reading them for a while. I have been having major panic attacks over 'the time is constantly passing'. Is it a learned fear because, it started to panic me so it happens every time I torture myself with these thoughts? or is it derealisation/depersonalisation where I just can't stay in 'the moment'?
I can't eat or sleep and am off work now as i feel so bad.
I am on day 12 of 50mg Sertraline, and also have Lorazepam prescribed. The Lorazepam really helps but I am frightened of becoming addicted to it so hardly take any, and when I am desperate, cut them up smaller
