HI I am new to the forum.

I will be putting a post in the introduce section otherwise I have the tendancy to waffle.

My latest episodes of panic attacks have been with me since 3rd February. This is the longest period of having them I can remember. At the moment I am on paroxatine and have been since 2009. I did'nt have one for almost a year and if i did I was able to control them and they didn't manifest into full blown attack. Yet last year I started with them fairly bad again and was given diazepam to take at night. Which helped I was able to sleep and they didn't last more than 3 days. This time I have been taking the diazepam managed to sleep at night, yet I am still getting them. My husband has had to take the week of work coz I was so terrified being on my own. Last night I slept without taking the diazepam. I woke this morning feeling great. I still feel ok, yet as I write my stomach is churning, and have the hot flush feeling creeping up my chest.
Just when I feel that I have a handle on things it just comes crashing down.
Any words of wisdom?
