IBS causing panic attacks

Hi All. just wondered if anyone else has panic attacks when thier IBS is playing up. Ive found recently that when my IBS flares up and I get the stomach pains I start getting hot, then start panicing, and all I can think of is one of the worse painic attacks I ever had where I wanted to end my life, its very frightening but just wondered if anyone else can relate to this, many thanks
P.S I do take Alverine for IBS

I have had panic attacks start when my IBS has got bad, especially when not at home.

My IBS makes me very panicky especially in the mornings when the symptoms are at their worst and if I have to go out or have some social event coming up:weep:

I am the same, it really affects what I can and can't do :(

well I feel better knowing that Im not alone with this. IBS is so random some days are ok and some are horrendous. thanks for your replies
