please help im scared

please help. just upped my lofepramine from 1 tab at night to 1 in the morning as well 2 per day to be exact.. my side effects are getting worse. my chest feels heavy my head is like its gonna explode and feeling anxious and scared. lots of panic attacks been on them now for only 9 days. cans stop crying feel in a world of my own. has anyone else had this happen to them.

Hiya

I haven't used this but looked it up for you. Drowsiness is not particularly common with lofepramine, so it sounds like your dose may be too high. However, it does say that the overdose danger is relatively low compared with other anti depressants, so try not to worry.
I suggest you talk to nhs direct, but I suspect they'll refer you on to your GP.
Some of your symptoms may be panic related because you're getting so worried about it.
