Hi I'm a newbie on here,I'm a long sufferer of panic attacks and agoraphobia,I am a recovering alcoholic,I used the alcohol to relieve my symptoms but I found this only made life a whole lot worse,resulting in all sorts of terrible experiences,I'm 6 months sober and I'm learning how to live with my panic attacks and agoraphobia sober,it isn't easy!,I am now taking sertraline 100mg and I'm on the waiting list for c.b.t..I'm hoping to chat with people who may understand my situation :blush:
