Hi puppyskin,

I don't know if this is the same but I have noticed that I sometimes have a metallic taste in my mouth, which I think is down to anxiety. Is that the kind of thing you had? I really cant
imagine they were contaminated.

Hope this helps.

I have done this and realised a piece of the foil wrapping was stuck to the mint...Could this be the reason? I wouldn't be worried about it though I am sure they won't be contaminated and this sometimes happens when eating things.

Are you on any medications? Medications can change how some things taste. Like mints.

If it is a Metalic taste, then it's more likely anxiety, had this for several days, went to see doctor at the time and it was just anxiety etc.
