Fluxotine with mirtazipine

Hi guys. I have been on this combo since sept mirt and Prozac November. I have put 2 stone on with the mirt. Has anyone got any suggestions that I could take still to help me sleep but doesn't put the weight on:weep:

In theory, once the meds are working properly and you are feeling okay you can get out and about and excercise more and maybe eat less - in theory. I wish you all the best.

hello charlie11, i take respiridone to help me sleep but i'm not sure what side effects it has with regard to putting weight on

Does respiridone help with anxiety:)

i think it does help me with anxiety, i don't know exactly what it is used to treat but it helps from feeling aggresive and i feel calmer and it defintely helps me sleep better
